WHAT DO I NEED TO RENT A CAR?  (Read this before making a reservation)

Important notice:

1. We are currently renting rent cars for interstate travel on a limited basis to Portland Oregon and for international travel up to 

    Vancouver BC and Victoria BC Canada. We don't provide service beyond these destinations listed.

2. We can pick you up and drop you off at SeaTac Airport any time between 6.00am - 11.59pm Monday - Sunday. Click here for

    driving directions if you will personally pick up a vehicle.

3. NOTE that we specialize in USED CARS RENTALS ONLY and they range anywhere from 1996 to 2007 depending on specific

    vehicle chosen by renter or availability. As expected anywhere with any used car you may find paint scratches, rock chipped 

    paint, minor dings or a chipped windshield.

4. If you are looking for a late year model vehicle, Limousine, convertible, Luxury or any other unusual car then you

    may proceed to the big rental companies such as Enterprise, Budget or Avis.

5. We wish to reiterate that our loyal and repeat customers are people who have a basic commute problem and want a  

    dependable rental car without regard to age of vehicle as long as it gets them from point A to B for fewer dollars.

The above prices do not include:

1. Washington State Renter’s Tax  ( 7.70% )  King County - Required
2. Washington State Sales Tax      ( 9.50% )  King County - Required

RESERVATION PROCEDURE.

We use one of the latest reservations software in the market which calculates a full day as any 24 hour period from time of pick up. For example if you rent a car on Aug 1st 2012 at 10.00am and return it on Aug 2nd 2012 at 10.00am, then that constitutes a full day. The above prices are pre-set in our reservations unless otherwise posted or advertised any where else on this website. (e.g promotional pricing)

We give our customers a vehicle return grace period of 3 hours over the scheduled return time at NO extra cost. If it exceeds that then an extra day counts.

SPECIAL NOTICE TO ALL OUR CUSTOMERS.

"We take plastic"  ( VISA, MASTER, DISCOVER)    We do NOT accept American Express Cards.

We STRICTLY do NOT accept PERSONAL CHECKS as per our company policy.We accept CREDIT CARD payments only. You are required to PREPAY YOUR RESERVATION IN FULL by CREDIT before you leave our facility.

NO VEHICLE WILL BE RELEASED WITHOUT A SECURED PRE-PAYMENT (VISA / MASTER), CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND PROOF OF INSURANCE.

Also note that the Card holder name must match with the name on RENTER'S driver's license. We will NOT accept payment if these two documents do NOT match as per "Card rules and regulations" to protect card holder from Identity Theft.

Contact your insurance carrier before hand to verify if your insurance policy covers a rental car before you make a reservation. Let them know the specific number of days and dates you wish to rent. When you come to our facility we will have to contact your insurance carrier again to verify that data so try to come within Regular Business Hours. 

Things you need at time of making reservation:

1. VISA / MASTER / DISCOVER Credit Card in own name.
2. DRIVER'S License (Must be valid, original & over 21 years)
3. PROOF OF PERSONAL INSURANCE (Policy must be current Liability* or Full coverage** in RENTER'S name. Always call your insurance company before hand to verify coverage while driving a rental car.)

*   Minimum Liability required to rent economy, intermediate SUV or premium class rentals.
